The 2000 Year Old Man and I

My favorite cartoon is Mel Brooks’ and Carl Reiner’s comedy act “The 2000 Year Old Man.”  It is about the life of man who is 2000 years old.  He is very wise and has been around for many, many, many moons…all the way back to cavemen. “The 2000 Year Old Man” teaches about important and versatile things in life, like saran wrap.  If he had been alive when matzo was invented I am sure he would have had a thing or two to say about it.  I may only have 80 years under my belt but I know matzo, and alas, matzo predates even “the 2000 year old man.”  Matzo is an old food…very old…it’s biblical!
